It was wonderful to discuss the Camp Kadesh halfway/ RV Park with Larry Chandler, Kentucky’s longest-serving prison warden, and Chris Applegate, the founder of Camp Kadesh, Inc. Larry shared practical ideas for helping the project succeed, along with insights from his experience getting things done and building strong relationships across the state.
