Happy Birthday to the Founder of The Prisoner’s Hope

A heartfelt belated Happy Birthday to Darryll Davis, Executive Director of The Prisoner's Hope nonprofit! When he first spoke to our Criminal Justice Reform Veritas class, I never imagined that his invitation for coffee would lead to my involvement mentoring inmates. Although I was hesitant at first, I was intrigued by the opportunity. Now, I have had the privilege of mentoring eight inmates through TPH and regularly correspond with ten others. It is truly a blessing to count Darryll and his wife, Tiffany, as good friends.

(Currently, there are still twenty men in the Honors Dorm and seven women waiting for mentors.)
