Larry Chandler a Living Treasure

I had no idea how many influential people I would encounter in my Criminal Justice Reform courses at Veritas in 2019. I never imagined that I would become close friends with Larry Chandler, former warden and ex-chairman of the Kentucky Parole Board, who has played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding of mass incarceration. I'm grateful I kept the notes from Professor Gaye Holman’s class—they continue to be an enlightening resource.
