VOTE NO on KY Amendment 1

45 states incarcerate less and have less citizens under community supervision (per capita) than Kentucky.

We vote NO! to maintain our state constitution (created in 1792), that allows our governors to be one of the few relief valves on our massive prison system. Believe me pardons & commutations have not been for sale in Kentucky, because if they had been our family would have bought one.
